Description of Work: My only complaint with this company is that they don't charge enough. On more than one occasion they've provided technical advice to me free of charge by telephone and helped me with an area of science that to me is like quantum physics for ease of concept. On April 22nd, 2011 my machine shut down and the usual procedure of turning it off, unplugging the power supply, waiting for the capacitors to discharge and restarting didn't work. They quickly ordered and delivered a new waste toner box and when the driver handed me the bill for $26.00 that included the part, the delivery, freight for a specially ordered part all inclusive, I thought it was mis-added. It wasn't. But.....It's not the price that attracts me to this company, but rather the quality of the service and the availability of parts that simply aren't available anywhere else that I know of other than the manufacturer themselves.
