His work and that of his associates was very good. There was some work that had to wait while flooring and cabinets were installed by other company's. Finish work did not occur. Appliance installation did not occur so we had to hire some of his coworkers to get to get that done. They caused a water leak and their subsequent repair was shoddy. We have tried repeatedly to call to get someone back to do the finish work. He first said that he was busy. Now he just doesn't answer the phone. He won't give and exact bid or time schedule. He did want to be paid all at once on his word that he would finish when the other work was finished. We are out of state. He just took advantage of us.
