We then had a problem with brown, rusty looking stains in the fixtures that had not breen present before they did the work. We did some testing for iron, and it was determined that the problem was not iron but bacteria. I called them about it, and they said the problem was difficult to treat, and they would be out the next day to check. No show. Called again, made appointment for following day...again no show. Called a third time, was told there was nothing they could do. Next time I'll give somebody else a chance, 'cause these folks don't impress me!
