When calling for my first appointment, I had to leave a message, they did not return my call within 24 hrs so I called back and was told they had tried to reach me but got no answer. (I was having trouble with my home voice mail at the time.) They were very accommodating in scheduling a convenient time for me.
On the day of service, I had to call the office to confirm their arrival as they were about a 1/2 hour late, and had not called to tell me that. Once they did arrived they set right to work. I was asked if I had any specific instructions, which were followed just as I had described. It took about 2 hours and I was very pleased with the process.

They were on time and had a whole crew working. Their work was very effiecient and thorough.

They do a great job. The job is done very thorough - move items to dust behind them, baseboards, etc. There is a crew of 6 and each person is designated to a specific area to make sure it is thoroughly cleaned.
