Kathy was referred to me by a friend. I called on Tuesday and asked if she could clean my home. Without hesitation Kathy agreed and showed up as promised around 9:15 on Friday (4/5/2013) morning. Kathy is so very friendly that she immediately puts you at ease. She has been cleaning since 1987 and has just ventured out on her own (the woman she used to work for retired and sold her business). She is very commited to what she does and takes her time in doing so. She has removed all the items from tables and dressers, dusted each one with care. She vacuums each room as she exits, having already done the dusting and cleaning. The bathrooms have never looked so good-no streaking on the mirrors and she vacuums the tile before mopping! Not everyone does it that way. Kathy has mentioned that she hasn't seen the amount of cat/ puppy hair as a previous cleaner said in a response to her service.
With that being said, I will be having Kathy back to clean every two weeks!
