I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE $500 I PAID HIM RETURNED. WHEN I ASKED HIM HE REFUSED. I HAVE SINCE HIRED A NEW COMPANY WHO HAS HAD TO REFILL THE HOLES HE FILLED AND HAS CAUGHT MANY MORE SQUIRRELS AND RATS. THEY ALSO REMOVED WHAT THE ANIMALS HAD PREVIOUSLY LEFT. I WAS TOLD THAT IS WHAT ATTRACTED NEW ANIMALS TO THE SITE. THE NEW COMPANY WAS MORE EXPENSIVE BUT HAS A 5-YEAR WARRANTY.
