Fantastic! Good humored and very efficient! The job involved a bit more work than either of us expected but he just rolled with it! I know these doors and frames will stay in place! And he tidied up so nicely! Very grateful for his time, his work, and his work ethics.

Lloyd was on time and job was a little more difficult than he planned. But he tore out old door and installed a new one that we had purchased. Did a very very good job and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs something done. Very reasonable on his pricing. Good job Lloyd!!

Lloyd answered the phone when I called and we were able to quickly make an appointment. He arrived on time, listened to the job requirements, got his tools and quickly got to work. Lloyd is hardworking and he gives you all he has for the full time he is there! His work is excellent and his rates are very competitive. We will definitely be calling him again for all our handyman jobs.

Lloyd did a very good job in installing five grab bars. His rates are very competitive. He is a general handyman and I will be asking him to replace some broken floor tiles for me in the near future. I highly recommend him.

The original estimate was made from pictures I sent him. He arrived on time. Got to work and completed the project in a timely manner. There was a cost for material added to the base price quoted and it all was very reasonable.

Lloyd was kind, punctual, and did a nice job. He was helpful in deciding as to which project needed some further decision making and we worked through those decisions. He did everything on the list in a timely manner and he was very professional. The reason why I wouldn’t hire Lloyd again is simply his bumper stickers on his vehicle. His expressed ideology is the exact opposite of mine and my family’s on certain issues and I believe in supporting businesses that have similar ideology to mine.

I would be hard pressed not to write a very lengthy review as we can't give enough positive feedback. We live out of state and had a difficult time finding someone to do reliable, reasonable work for us at our Florida property. Then we found Lloyd! Not only were his prices fair, he was reliable and his work was impeccable! He was in direct contact with us and sent before and after pictures of every project he did for us. Being so far away the peace of mind he gave us was priceless. If you are looking for good quality work from a trustworthy reliable person at reasonable prices, then Lloyd is your guy. not well - thought his attitude was less than acceptable - acted like he was doing me favors - he was paid well. Didn't finish the job even though I specifically stated the two that were the most important -- the only two he DID not do.

GREAT! As a single woman trying to get things done around the house, it is important to have trust in the person you hire. I would definitely hire again! On time, polite, consciousness of to-do list. *Keep in mind when hiring any handy-man type service, they are doing the job you don't want to do or can not do. For my job in the bathroom, I had all items cleared away AND out of the way. I'm sure he would have done this part, but that would not be a good use of my money to have him do something I could do. I was also realistic of what needed to be done and the time to do them.

I think the guy’s name is Lloyd. He’s a very nice guy, professional. I have recommended him to other people as well. You call the guy and he gets back to you real quick and he’s here within a day or 2. He’s very responsive, very good. Lloyd the owner came out and did the work. It was my first time using him. Everything was done excellent, no problems at all.
