Absolutely AWESOME! My AC went out on a Sunday night. Clint came by the next morning at 11:00 AM between two jobs that he had already scheduled. He did not charge me for an emergency repair service. After replacing the capacitor he performed a thorough cleaning of my outside unit as well as the air handler inside the garage. He also replaced my inside air filter. All in all I would say he was there for a little over an hour. The service call was $69 and the capacitor was around $80. He threw in the cleaning an maintenance check for free because he was already there. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and honesty. I got his name from my next door neighbor whose family has used Sullivan's for 2 generations. Sullivan's is Gainesville's best kept secret.

Installation and equipment superb

My A/C stopped working in the middle of the night. I remembered seeing work done by Ron Sullivan before and was impressed with the professionalism and care he had taken at the other property. Not to mention the price was very good and fit the people's budget at the time. I called him up and his crew was here the next day to diagnose the problem. Instead of wanting to replace the whole unit, they replaced some of the parts, gave the unit a total cleaning, and cleaned all the mess up before leaving. They also replaced my old thermostat with a new state of the art digital thermostat.
I was impressed again. The professionalism and care they showed while working inside my home was beyond the norm. And they cleaned up after they left. My wife came home and she couldn't even tell anyone had been there at all.
They were fantastic. And they cared about wanting to do the best job, at the best price possible without taking advantage of anyone.
I will definitely call them again if there is ever any need.

They were right on time, on budget, did excellent work, and REALLY know what customer service is about. The system has performed extremely well. I HIGHLY recommend Sullivan Heating and A/C to everyone.
