The Roof was completed in July, 2016 for a price of $40,000 which included a 10 year warranty. In March of 2019, not even three years later, we experienced a leak. The company was contacted and eventually sent an estimator to look at the job. He blamed the leak on the poor workmanship of the original crew and told me that the company would contact me to schedule the repair. When they did call me they told me the repair wasn't covered under warranty because we had a hurricane in South Florida since the roof was completed. The warranty states that it does not cover damage "caused by a hurricane" but doesn't say that any hurricane (Cat. 1-5) at any time since the roof was done would void the warranty. It doesn't say that a hurricane has to directly hit the area where you live. It's a total con-job. I am hiring a new roofer to fix the problem and will expect Built Right Roofing to reimburse me for the repair. I strongly recommend AGAINST anyone hiring this roofing company.

not good - I had a construction lien placed on my property because he didn't pay the roof supply company - also I had to take him to court to get him to finish the work - the roof was recently inspected and there were 10 faulty tiles that had a big gap in them - faulty work

Do not do business with this man or his company. He will tell you anything to get you to sign a contract. He abandoned my roofing project. Only when I took him to court, did he finish the job, but it took him from the end of May, 2018 until January 15, 2019 to complete the roof. He would not return phone calls, texts, or emails. His office help was rude and not responsive. He uses Ygrene Funding. They paid him in full in June 2018 then he abandoned the job saying the materials wouldn't be in until October, even though he asked me to cancel the contract with my previous roofing company stating "if the materials were not available, he would go get the materials". The materials arrived in October and were delivered to my roof. At that time, the roof should have been completed, but since he had already been paid in full by Ygrene Funding, he abandoned my roofing project and went off to do other jobs. I had asked him prior to October to switch roofing materials and use readily available materials instead, and he asked me to pay him an additional $4,400.00. They did return to work on the roof in the fall of 2018 and would put tiles on the roof but left all of the other tiles stacked on the existing tiles, causing possible damage to the new tiles. I reported this to the BBB but he told them he had a bad back. He used sub-contractors to go on the roof and do the work, and his wife is a corporate officer and could have supervised the sub-contractors to finish my roof, but my roof was abandoned until I took them to court and they were served papers in January, 2019. Then, and only then, did the roof get completed and the final permit was 1/15/19.

This company lies, They only use subs that need to beg for there money. And the biggest problem is they have No Workmans Comp insurance. Owner is a liar.
