Roofing
The original (1996) roof on our new (to us) house was replaced, rotten wood removed and replaced, all permits pulled and inspections completed. The SA modified rubber roofing looks good, is reflective to reduce A/C bills, and will last approximately forever. Clay and his crew worked on it for about a week and their clean up and clean out was just wonderful. Once they started they were on the job every day and kept at it through completion. Clay has been doing this for over 40 years, and he knows what he is doing - and he is on the job personally making sure it's done right. He and his crew were professional, competent, and friendly -- did a great job and are highly recommended!
