Jon is a wonderful, caring and intelligent young man. He provides a very necessary service. However ,our latest experience was a bit troublesome. He provided an estimate for a home camera security system ,which I accepted. In fairness, I did add an additional camera, requiring some additional labor. My issue lies with the amount of time Jon spent troubleshooting, his , recommended equipment. He spent an inordinate amount of time and was unable to solve the issue with the equipment. This created an excessive number of labor hours. , well in excess of his estimate. Though his time is valuable, the equipment he provided did not suit the application. This equipment apparently had these known issues and for this reason I feel the labor charges for this equipment was unwarranted.

There are some details I am not happy with. After just 1 day, wires are hanging from the back; ties are not secure. The mount provided is average. Otherwise pretty reliable and friendly

"Hey Marc! We are sorry the wires fell from the back of your articulating mount. I remember you saying that you will be moving the tv around a lot so we left the ties a little bit loose so the wires would not get pinched if it was moved. We would love to make it right by returning with the correct size hdmis, supplied by us for free and fully secured inside of a wire channel to prevent any further dropping in return for a revised review!
