Flooring
We had lots of grout issues that we noticed and had to have them come out a few times to resolve. The repair work appeared sloppy but we let it go rather then go through anymore hassel. A few months later we moved furnuture into the house and began to notice that some of the pieces rocked on the tile. It turned out the tile was not laid level and we suspect that the installers (all non-English speakers) did not sweep th efloors but laid the tile over whatever was there.
