Promptly responded and gave me a reasonable and lower quote from the others, and performed exactly as promised with excellent, quality workmanship. I would highly recommend them and have recommended them to many already.

Contract specified certain materials were to be used (concrete crush under pavers and mason sand fill between pavers) but only sand was being used under the pavers until it was called to their attention and instead of mason sand being used to fill in between pavers, play sand was used. Power wash resulted in the majority of sand being washed out. No response from owner about these issues

We would highly recommend the Paver Doctors if you are doing a new driveway or replacing an existing one. They were very professional and polite. The workmanship was excellent.

I had Tim Sullivan, owner, and partner, the Eli Mendoza (crew) The Paver Doctors install paver driveway. First off, the communication was an issue. They scheduled to come on Monday, May, 4, 2020 I waited, I called and at the end of the day they finally said, **oh it will be Tuesday, May 5, 2020, tomorrow**. Well I originally signed to have work done because they said they could meet my timeline. I had only short time to be home, present. I paid half down on April 30, 2020 and contract signed. So, when I was calling Tim or Eli, I always get short tempered like responses. I just went with it. Then when the crew was done, the first day, they celebrated May 5, Cinco De Mayo on my front yard, drinking beer etc. They cleaned up, but though that is not professional, I did not say anything, so I allowed it to finish 2 hrs later. I did not mention it to Tim or Eli. I just think that it is not professional. So next day when they finished that Wednesday morning, I thanked the crew, they worked hard. Jim and I had walked through and inspected some things, there were some loose pavers. He reassured me that in few days they will settle in. Well I asked about having it sealed cause we verbally discussed it and he said on April 30 I can make that decision after it was completed and the cost will be $400? So, I knew that after seeing it completed, I wanted it sealed, so I asked when can they do it and do I pay $400 now? Well, Tim said, **oh no, that will be $900** and my mouth dropped to ground, I said you and I discussed this in front of Eli, and you said $400. Then I said well I see your word is not their bond. I refused to pay almost triple. So, I paid him the balance owed after job completed. Then the leftover pavers I asked can they move it for me to side of my house? And he said, **oh we will be picking that up**, and then here we go again, word not bond, I paid for this, it is on my receipt. He then tried to make it out that, well each pallet has this much and that much... it was 900 sq ft, is all I know and they delivered 9 pallets, 100 sq ft on each, so it is not my fault you overcharge me for the job and I had bricks leftover. I hate to battle! I pay for what you say, and then to have someone to argue with you is not good business. Also, he said that I would have a lifetime warranty and that guarantees their work, but I did not have it on my contract. He changed that at the time the job was done also. So before paying I asked so what will you warrant the work for, he said, 5 years. So, I believed that was the best I was gonna get. Within 2 weeks has already come out to repair few loose stones, that never settled in, and that took days and had me waiting on them again, Eli Mendoza. So, I did hire another company to pressure wash and seal my new pavers, when the rain cleared up for a few days. It is nice and I am pleased now. I hope this review was helpful. Thanks

Tim treated me like family from the time he came to give me the estimate until the time the job was completed. He even asked me if I needed anything from Sams while he was shopping in the early days of the pandemic. His price was great and you could see that his workers worked as a very competent team! Tim said that the job would be completed in one day and it was! He was on site while the workers worked and even fixed an unrelated paver problem on my property while there! I would very highly recommend him for paver installation!

They showed up on time. Cleaned up and left no debris. Did a really good job on my patio and walkway. Workers were very polite. Very satisfied. Would recommend them.

The overview of the job I needed was quickly evaluated and priced in the ball park . All work was completed as planned within the time stated after signing contract . Finished product is what I wanted .
