We obtained a copy of the inspection report on our house. Upon review we discovered several items that were not accurate . Items were major items that made a big impact on the possible buyer. On 1/23/13 I met with the inspector and several of his employees. When we reviewed the items. He agreed that his company had made mistakes and that he would notify the buyer of his mistakes. By this time it was too late because the buyer cancelled the contract because of the report.
