Went great. They did a temporary repair to get the AC working until they could get and install the new unit. No charge for the repair. New unit is great.

Even though I gave them a month's notice of desired instillation date (coordinated with other work in the unit), installation was delayed several times because they were unable to get the equipment quoted. We finally had to go with a different manufacturer's model.
Installation went fine, but when mold was found in the ductwork and a section had to be replaced, they claimed it would take days and my 90 year old mother would have to go without AC in summertime Florida. Only after our mold remediator jumped in and told them the work must be done that day did they complete the work.
