Renee McConnell - Real Living

We were contacted by Renee McConnell based on a web page inquiry.  We met with her to determine if she could assist us in finding a home in Vero Beach.  We provided specific and fairly narrow information on the age, price point and the amenities we were looking for.  Renee quickly found several homes that matched our criteria and also provided comparable sales data to assist us in making an informed offer.  After about two weeks of looking at a number of properties, we settled on one house and wanted to make an offer.  Renee worked with the owner's agent and we were successful in our offer.  This involved a good deal of back and forth, because we were financing the purchase.  Renee worked with us throughout the process and kept us informed.  We had the house inspection and ultimately closed successfully.  Renee's attention to detail, responsiveness to many questions we had about the process and about the house and positive attitude about the sale was very helpful.  It is clear that she enjoys being a Realtor and does it very well.
