REGAL CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLNG

I would never recommend Regal Carpet Cleaning! We hired them to clean two of our white family room sofas while we were out of town and shockingly the tech cleaned our 2 living room blue sofas which didn't need cleaning. Justin, the owner profusely apologized and told us he would do everything he could to fix the terrible cleaning job. Justin, came 2 days in a row and was unable to get the streaks out of the sofas. Bottom line the living room sofas were ruined by the way the tech cleaned them. Justin,the owner omitted fault and promised 100% to reimburse us for the cost of recovering our sofas. We ordered replacement fabric and had the two sofas reupholstered. Now Justin has refused to reimburse us for the cost to recover the sofas. He will not return our calls or emails. We have never dealt with someone so unprofessional and who lied to us! We also found out that his business at the time of our loss did not even have insurance to cover this loss. With the COVID pandemic we offered to split the cost and still no response from Justin. This is the worst service experience we have had in 35 years owning a home!

For the third year in a row Regal Carpet Cleaning has been used to clean the carpets in our heavily used "Community Room" at the end of the year. They have done an absolutely FANTASTIC job every year. Large or small stains have been removed and our 13 year old carpet looks great again. I can recommend Regal to you without reservation. They do amazing work.

Crew came in on Friday afternoon, were courteous and professional.  They cleaned carpets on second floor so business wouldn't be disrupted rest of the day.
Moved down to first floor to clean carpets in offices and were finished by 6:30pm.
The job was thorough and professional;  they removed stains that another company couldn't remove a year ago.
We would highly recommend this firm to any business or home needing carpets cleaned.
