RAINFOREST IRRIGATION

Of all 5 well drilling companies I called only two returned my call and Rainforest was the only provider to respond in a timely manner. After having an irrigation repair person evaluate my nonworking sprinkler system it was determined I needed a new well. Rainforest sent over a team that tried to provide a temporary water supply from my old well to get me by until a new well could be dug. The old well was not repairable and too many hours were wasted trying to get it to work. They finally expedited the service to dig a new well within a few days. All said and done it took two weeks to get the new well operational. I ended up having to replace the irrigation pump as well. While the team was courteous, knowledgeable and hard working, they kept having to return and work at getting the irrigation up and running. I was distraught over having to dig a new well after only 8 years in this newly built house but having Rainforest Irrigation be able to do the work so quickly helped tremendously. Unfortunately, they charged me about $700 too much. I guess I had to pay for their being available on short notice?
