The air conditioner unit had sat idle for almost a year. After purchasing my home and prior to starting the unit I had contacted R. Parradise State Certified. R. Parradise had come highly recommended, which I certainly can attest to. An appointment was made and Parradise arrived right on time. He conducted a thorough inspection of the units condition, in house unit and outdoor unit prior to start up, checking wiring, tubing connections, bearings and a structural inspection of the casing and fan assembly. Once satisfied that the unit was safe for operations the unit was started and an operational inspection of the compressor, electrical system and performance was conducted. A few minor adjustments and cleaning of the unit, the air conditioner was once again fully operational. R. Parradise stopped by a couple of days later as a courtesy, checking on the units performance. I was pleasantly surprised by their customer service and satisfied beyond words with the professionalism and quality of R. Parradise.
