Rick was very accommodating with an appointment time just before Christmas. He came on time to hang a new ceiling fan. Instead he repaired my original ceiling fan and saved me $150 for the new ceiling fan that I returned. He is very professional and problem solved my situation. I had received a quote for electrical work from Mr. King earlier and decided to proceed with the work after Hurricane Irma passed through. They arrived right on time. They were able to correct issues with an office ceiling fan by installing a new wall remote and changing the signal frequency. I wanted the outside flood lighting to have a clean look with no visible wiring, so all the wiring was done through the attic with wonderful results. The switch was placed inside for easy access. The next day, they returned to install a circuit for the garage refrigerator along with a general use GFI outlet. R. King Electric did a great job. They were always on time and respectful of my property, explaining each phase of the work and answering any questions. I will continue to call them for both small and larger projects.

I contacted R King Electric to install ceiling fans and lighting in our new home. My phone call was promptly returned and met with sympathy after I explained my disappointment with another vendor. Mr. King was able to rearrange his schedule and set a timely appointment. The electrician arrived right on time, checked the scope of the job, and went straight to work. He was very knowledgeable (I don't think he had to look at one single instruction sheet), worked quickly, and was very respectful of my property. He made sure that every item was installed to my satisfaction before proceeding to the next one. I met the owner, Rick King, when he came by to assist and discuss the scope of another job. Called Mr King to replace a circuit breaker he had replace 13 months ago. He set up an appointment for today at 12:30. He called at 12:15 explained that he was running late due to lightning and rain. Rescheduled for 1:30. At 12:28 phone rang that he was in driveway if I could open the garage door he would come on in (it was pouring). He got started and in 10 minutes had replaced the breaker. I asked him about it going out in 13 months. Said it shouldn't but sometimes they get a bad breaker from the manufacturer. Asked him for amount owed. He said no charge. Tried to give him $20 in cash and some fruit grown in back yard. While I was getting him the fruit he slipped the $20 under my soda-which I found after he left. If you are looking for a good honest hardworking electrician I highly recommend Mr King.

i called Friday midday and Mr. King called back early Monday morning. He originally said his guy would be here around 8:30, but called back around 8:15 to say his employee was taking his son out to breakfast and Mr.King had forgotten about that. He apologized. The electrician got here around 9:15 and quickly diagnosed the problem. I could have either replaced my circuit breaker or my ceiling fan. I, of course, I went with the circuit breaker. The whole process was very professional and the price reasonable.

Great job by Rick. After trying twice to hang the fixture myself and having sparks flying Rick came out the next morning after I called. Found and fixed the two wires I had knicked and had the light working. Far faster than I could have done at a very reasonable rate.

I placed a call for service - left a voicemail message.  My call was returned by Mrs. King same day - stating Rick would call me back the following day - which he did.  We made an appointment over the phone for him to come out and look over what needed to be done.  Rick showed up early and went over all issues with us - and also made suggestions.  We scheduled an electrician to come out and do the work. The day we agreed upon, electrician "Alex" called to announce he was done with first job and was heading over to our home - he arrived about 30 minutes early - not a problem for us.  We showed him what needed to be done.  He got right to work and had the necessary equipment to do what we wanted.  Work was completed in good time and without issues.  We discussed some other lighting issues that we were considering changing and Alex made suggestions as to what could be done.  Overall the experience was professionally handled from first introductory call to completion of job.  We. highly recommend R King Electric LLC

R. King placed a new wire in a conduit. They completed the job in one day, and cleaned up afterwards.

I called and immediately got a hold of the owner, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He said he could have a tech to my house the next day  which BTW was awesome service!! The tech showed up ( Colter ) and he was very professional, clean cut and super knowledgeable. He explained to me what he was checking and thought the issue was and bam it was fixed!!! He answered all my questions and was very thorough. He wasn't trying to rush the process which was nice. It was a breath of fresh air that the tech was normal, in the past I've used other companies and the techs all seemed sketchy which made me nervous. I will definitely use R King Electric in the future!!

It went extremely well - I am very pleased!   He reviewed the inspection report to make sure that everything was taken care of before I moved in.  He also took the time to talk about the recessed lighting I want to install in the kitchen.  He gave me some good ideas and some guesstimates on prices. Thank you for making my home safe.   I definitely will again be calling R. King Electric in the near future!!!

Fan installation was more involved than expected due to incorrect, poor installation by either previous homeowner and unqualified electrician.  Rick installed the new one in a professional, efficient manner.
GFI issue was one that the local handymen could not solve.  Rick cured my problems in short order.
R. King provided the best Electrical service I have ever had.  Timely, neat, efficient, mannerly.

Called several companies and Rick was the only one available right away on the phone. In addition, he came to evaluate issue right away - first thing in the morning after a 5PM call the day prior. Extremely polite and professional and more importantly honest. Also, his fees are very reasonable. He diagnosed the issue and since it wasn't his area of immediate expertise, he instructed me on the type of vendor to hire. I asked for a referral and he provided a reliable source as well. For any electrical problem, I wouldn't hesitate in calling Rick again.

He came out to fix a problem that had arisen with my outside fountain. Someone from his company had repaired it before but a new problem arose. The owner himself repaired the new problem and, because his company had done work for me before, didn't charge me anything. I am blown away by the quality of the work and his decision not to charge me for the additional job.

Rick King Electric sent a technician out within one hour. The tech was very knowledgable, professional and courteous. He was able to replace the circuit breaker and get our air conditioner up and running again. We really appreciated the prompt service and concern for our lack of air conditioning.
