PACE'S III PATIO FURNITURE RPR

,My husband knew Jim Pace quite well, so we figured when he turned the business over to his son, Ben Pace, current owner, we would not have a problem getting him to sandblast and refinish a 7-piece patio set. We contacted him several times and he said he was too busy as it was snowbird season. We accepted that excuse, waited a few months, and contacted him again in the middle of summer - still too busy. After another contact, he said he would make arrangements to come and examine the set. Fine- except he never showed up. We gave them plenty of business when his dad was running the show - but Junior needs a lesson in customer service. We still have the patio set and would like to find someone else to do the job-perhaps in St.Lucie or Brevard counties.
