Oriental Rug Cleaning By Hand

It went well. They are very courteous and responsive over the phone. Employees who came to pick up and deliver the rug were pleasant and professional. Carpet looks great. Would hire again.

had my rug for 2 + weeks, told me a delivery date and time for 9 am, hour and a half later I called and was told I got the time wrong and it was for 2: 00 pm. I thought it took a little too long to clean my rug and when it was done I still had to wait for another week to get a delivery date. This rug is in my living room so I wanted it back ASAP.

I have used them multiple times, for multiple reasons.  As a customer, I feel very "taken care of;"  From the first phone call with the super-friendly appointment scheduler to the finish.  The first time I called, I had very deep water stains due to a bathroom flood.  I called around to several services; Oriental, by far had the best price, the quickest availability, and even showed up with special tools just for the job.  They came in, did it, ran some quick dry fans and were out in no time.  The next time I used them was for general stain removal; including paint stain that came off a piece of furniture, kids paint and nail polish (also pet wear and tear).  Again, they were able to schedule me quickly (were very understanding when I had to re-schedule last minute); when i did get them back in, it was timely and very thorough.  Again, better priced that others!  The last call I used them for was when we moved out of our rental house.  After all of the packing and cleaning, we decided we needed help with the final carpet cleaning (again the price was great) in an effort to get our deposit back.  Our landlord called and told us that he thought we had installed new carpet.  Ha!  It looked brand new!  Now that we own our own home, we will definitely use them again (and now we own an oriental rug; so stay tuned!)

The van driver picked up both rugs at the time scheduled. He was dressed in a clean uniform, was friendly and professional. He rolled and tied each rug. He completed two identification tags and gave me my copies. The rugs were ready on the day promised, but I wasn't able to receive them that day, so I asked for delivery two days later. The company courteously agreed. The rugs were then delivered on that day at the time scheduled. I had not realized the rugs had been as dirty as they were. But I could sure tell by how clean and vibrant they were when returned to me! They looked new! I was very pleased.
