Hiring a general contractor for home renovations is a quest. You hope the GC will show up as transparent, a really good communicator, and someone in whom you build trust that the price is fair and the work is high-quality. Gary and My Flippin’ Family (funky name!) were all those things, TIMES 10. Honored every deadline. Was incredibly communicative with photo updates of the work and accurate estimates (no surprises!). Most importantly, the work was so high-quality…solid, polished, and everything we hoped for. We did remodeling — some wall takedowns, rewiring, countertops/cabinets work, baseboards, painting, new flooring, laundry room install, and more. I would hire Gary and his crew again *in a heartbeat*. If you want high-quality, fair pricing, honest rapport, and clear/consistent communications, Gary and My Flippin’ Family is *the* choice to make. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Karen, Gary and Pete were so easy to work with. We wanted a company to not only do the work but to design it. That's exactly what we got . Karen's style and Gary and Pete's attention to detail are amazing. They stayed on schedule and we felt like they were almost part of our family. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Where do you start with a review of this company! Their name surely suits these guys. Karen, Gary and Pete are Flippin the best in all that they do. The quality and vision of their work is Flippin over the top. We had crown molding installed in our living room, dining room, hall and kitchen. It went wonderful. Karen and Gary came in with a professional estimate very promptly and started work right away. They painted the entire house and did an amazing job. They have done other odd jobs as well and are always prompt, professional and fun! I would highly recommend them

Karen, Gary and Pete did a tremendous job renovating our condo. I get constant compliments on the flooring that they replaced in 4 rooms. They also did a great job with the kitchen cabinets and backsplash. In addition to our kitchen and floors, they have painted the entire condo, installed ceiling fans and performed numerous other tasks for us. In all of this, they kept within their budget. They are friendly, compassionate people and it is a pleasure having them in our home. I highly recommend them for any project.

Have you ever looked at a room in your home and thought ... I know this is not what I want but I have no idea where or how to start! But I'm too embarrassed to ask a professional for help. This is where I was 2 months ago. Thankfully, I had been introduced to Karen Hodge through Relentless Performance and began FaceBook "stalking" My Flippin' Family and loved what I saw. Fast forward to last week and I have a brand new re-designed master bedroom that I am proud of and grateful for. What did this journey toward the "big reveal" look like? A couple of conversations for Karen and Gary Hodge to learn my style (a term used very loosely!), the feeling I wanted the room to have and my lifestyle. I told them there were two non-negotiable i.e. two pieces of furniture I wanted to keep. And one element I really wanted ... replacing the ceiling fan with a chandelier light fixture. Karen and Gary gave me an all-inclusive fair quote for design, labor, materials, furniture and accessories. They delivered as promised and more. They were very clean, picking up at the end of the work days, remained flexible with my schedule as needed and trustworthy. I appreciate partnering with local businesses. Thank you Karen and Gary for sharing your creativity, passion and talent; I look forward to working with you on my master bathroom! P.S. Gary Hodge builds beautiful, unique, heavy wood furniture. I have one of his creations in my living room.

Wonderful! Karen has an excellent eye for design and helped me tweak some elements. Gary is very detailed and great at carpentry and Pete did a great job with electrical. Highly recommend this talented family. We gained two brand new rooms and new friends!
