VB Fence & Patio

Hired this mc fence last year. During the install we had many issues. After weeks of them trying to fix their poor workmanship we finally gave up, paid the installation in full just to be done with the frustration. This is our winter home and the gate way was so poorly installed that we removed it knowing that any winds from hurricanes would destroy it. Upon returning this winter and observing our fence... the longest run has more waves both up & down and side to side then the ocean. It's incredibly frustrating to have to look at every day! Terrible workmanship!

Everything was great. The communication was a little lacking only because it took 10 weeks to get a permit from the City of Sebastian. Other than that, the job was done professionally and fast. It is a beautiful fence with great guys who knew what they were doing.

Mr. Ron Kania was the man who made all the arrangements for the fence installation. He was so very understanding about any questions I had. He coordinated both the removal of the old fence and the installation of the new one. There was a question on the survey that required moving the lines of the fence and he helped explain the changes. The men who did the work were very friendly and helpful. They completed the project in a timely manner even to working in the pouring rain at the end. I am very pleased with all aspects of the work. I will recommend MC Fence and Deck to anyone who needs a quality company.

As I posted on my previous review I am updating now that the project is finished. I am so happy that we went with MC Fence and Deck. Starting from our first call to make an appointment for an estimate to the final end of the project we had the best customer service experience. Ron is a great guy and is not a pushy salesman he gives you his professional opinion and works with you through the whole process. Our installers were George and Jose they were terrific. George went above and beyond to explain what and how they would proceed every step of the way. We had a small problem with where the property line was. He and Ron dealt with our new neighbor and the problem of fixing it both professionally and courteously. George and Jose both worked tirelessly through rain, darkness and a very hot day to get the work done in the time period they said they would. I would highly recommend them. I cant say enough how pleased we were choosing this company.

My experience with MC Fence was absolutely appalling. I signed a contract with them and paid cash (to get a discount) for my fence on 12/21/2022. I was told the installation of the fence would begin 12/27 or 12/28/2022. But long story short, it was not completed until 2/3/2023. First the fence company rescheduled the project from 12/27 or 12/28/2022 to 1/2 or 1/3/2023, then again to 1/8 or 1/9, and still no one ever showed up. Finally after many calls and texts the fence was installed on 1/11/2023. However, the installation looked horrible. The gates were completely crooked. It was unbelievable. I sent MC Fence pictures of the installation with the crooked gates. At that time they told me they installed the wrong kind of gates and they would have to order the new ones. So I waited again. I called and texted numerous times for updates on when they could finish my fence and install the new gates and when they finally responded, once again I was given numerous excuses. The gates were finally installed on 2/3/2023. They?re still an inch off, but I?m just done with this company. I would strongly suggest that you use a different company if you?re in need of a fence or deck. I?m extremely dissatisfied with MC Fence and would not recommend them to anyone.

This rating is based on the last worked at MC fence did for me in March. I have not heard back from them and then I received a phone call from Zack who apologize for not getting back to me and that he was new and following up on all the calls. He said they would be out that Friday to fix the fence I honestly didn't believe him but they did come on Friday spent quite a bit of time here according to my son-in-law and fixed the fence. They initially did not pour any concrete for the fence posts when they installed the fence. The fence is now standing up straight withstands wind storms it's a Huge relief that it is fixed.

I picked this company because they were a Family owned company. The actual production crew was great at Putting in the fence. Communication was not good with the Office staff and customer, and with the Estimator and customer. I had an appointment to have my fence Put in on a Monday. No one showed! I called the office many times. No one Was in the office all day! I finally got my fence installed the following Saturday. When the men arrived to install My fence, they realized the information That Tyler gave them was all wrong. Thank Goodness my husband was there. They thought they were installing a fence On a flat surface. Our back yard was anything But flat! It took the crew an extra hour To trench out areas so the gates would open! My opinion is Tyler needs to work with the Crew that installs the fence!

The finished product is great, but I would never use this company again, nor would I recommend them. When evaluating estimates, I was told that installation would begin about 4 weeks after I signed the contract. Installation wasn't complete until slightly more than 10 weeks after I signed the contract. The lack of communication was appalling, until it came to billing. Then they could not contact me fast or often enough.

They did a ridiculously poor job. After less than one year, the fence was FALLING DOWN!! They finally replaced it, but now I have an unstained fence that I have to pay someone to stain again.

Highly recommend. Fast, friendly, efficient and quality! I love that the owner himself came out to inspect the fence after it was put in. I will definitely use them again for any fence or deck needs.
