Found 2 leaks in brand new home within 3 weeks, they did fix them immediately. I am surprised that two out of three things have had issues in a home that was built just recently in November of 2014. If you buy a home from them, make sure to check everything properly, I hired an inspector and they found no problems during the inspection, however I am now finding problems myself.
