My computer would not boot up, so I looked on Angie's list and decided to call Mainsail. They suggested that I bring my computer in, which I did. They were able to look at it and resolve my problem immediately. They were very knowledgable and friendly-- would definitely recommend them.

They were responsive and kept me well informed of the process. They shared their computer knowledge. They provided me with a reasonable quote to replace the pc. Although I did not purchase a new computer through them, I am using a spare one for now. I will definitely contact them when I am ready to purchase.

I was very impressed from my first visit when I was inquiring about netbooks. They were all very responsive about answering questions, etc. Gave me a good price and, when the netbook was delayed coming from their distributor, Dale made a point of getting it to me during his time off over the weekend so I could have it as soon as possible.
