Marcus and his staff are a pleasure to deal with and did a great job. They care about how things look just as you do.

As I said, this tree was in a very hard to reach place, but they were very careful of the surroundings. 2 pieces of fence had to be removed and it was quite complicated. These guys did a superb job. They left no residue and hauled everything away. Great job, guys! I would highly recommend these people to anyone in need of their services.

Overall I was very pleased with the service.  I purchased their big deal to get $250 worth of services for $125.  Marcus arrived and quoted that to trim all 4 trees and haul away the debris would be an additional $150, which was fair.  They hauled away an entire trailer full of branches so it was worth the price to not have to bundle or bag the debris.
I rated them a B on price because I was not expecting the additional charge, but I did understand why there was one once the trees were all cleaned up.  The B for responsiveness was mostly because I think they may have gotten over booked by offering the 50% off deal, and it was almost 2 weeks before they could actually perform the work.  That being said, they kept me well informed about when I was to be scheduled, and showed up on time as expected.
I would definitely work with them again if tree services were needed.  Thanks!

He was prompt and professional.  He left no debris behind.  He worked efficiently and had completed the job in 2 hours.
We were very pleased with the results.

I received a call from Monica in the morning to let me know that Marcus would be here around 11:00 AM. Marcus and his brother Mike arrived on time and ready to go to work. Although I didn't have many trees, those that I did have were very overgrown. As anyone who lives in Florida knows, pepper trees are like the plague. The two that I had were growing in to my fence and were huge. I was aware that there would likely be some additional charges because there was so much to do. Marcus and I did a walk-through and agreed that an additional $100 would be fair for all the work that had to be done. Not only was the work done to perfection, but they left the property spotless. The job took two hours of nonstop work from Marcus and Mike. I only wish I had some before-and-after pictures. What a pleasure to work with this company.

prompt response to the ad on angies list.  good communication. They showed up and we agreed on what was needed and I asked for some extras.  They were very professional, quiet and quick.
I was very pleased with the service and would use them again

Met for a consultation,  Marcus very clean, neat and respectful.  After the consultation the office called to schedule a day/time.  When I arrived home from work that day all work was complete and no mess left behind.

They were fine and very good.  They did a good job.  I told him not to come out first but he insisted and he came out to see it so that was fine but he didn't have to make two trips.  I have a bad back and I am getting treatments so I can't do it that is why I needed someone else to haul some of the dead stuffs out.  They were very nice and very prompt.

Purchased a Big Deal and within 24 hours the provider contacted me to schedule appointment for an estimate.  Marcus (co-owner) came out and inspected my property and what I wanted done.  He agreed to come out a few days later.  Due to some scheduling and weather issues, this service didn't take place for a couple of weeks, understandable.  The work was incredible.  He even left limbs in a neat pile for the garbage to pick up.  Very professional, courteous and did a tremendous job.  Thank you. 

everything looks great!  I'm setting up this service annually and highly recommend them.

The owner met me at the site and went over all that was to be done. We negotiated a very fair price.  When he began the work I added a palm tree to be removed and a couple of other items.   The overall price was less than three other quotes.  At the end of the day I offered to buy him and his crew dinner from Four Rivers barbacue.  He passed on the dinner in order to complete the job.  He has a work ethic you don't see much anymore. Everything was removed.  Marcus and his team get an A+.  I have nerver written anything about anyone before, and would highly recommend Lion's help.

They were a pleasure to work with. Very flexible about scheduling and very focused on doing the job right. The owner was part of the crew that came out. He asked a lot of questions about what I wanted done and spent a lot of time explaining the why behind what he was doing. He seemed very interested in making sure I was happy with every detail of the service. I would absolutely use them again and, in fact, will be calling him in a few weeks for some more work. I gave them an A on everything except price. Gave them a B on that. I felt what they did for the $150 I paid was well worth it, but without the Angie's list coupon, it would have been $300. That seemed a bit steep for what it was (hacking back a bunch of tree ground height tree limbs and shrubs, no removal needed since it was a wooded area). I explained to the owner that the full price seemed high to me, but I didn't have any idea how much something like this should cost. He took the time to explain to me about how he arrives at pricing and, again, wanted to make sure that I felt I had received value for the service (which I certainly did, since I only paid $150. This is why it was a B, not a C or D). While I may not be in touch with market standard prices for this kind of service (I have been told by friends and neighbors that tree removal/trimming is not cheap), the owner's attitude (and his wife's, who does the scheduling) was so positive and they were so interested in making sure I was happy (and of course they did a very good job with the trimming), that I felt they deserved an A almost across the board, and certainly as the overall rating. Happy to use them again!

The trees were trimmed properly and the yard was left very clean, which is very important to me. I would definitely use the
Lion's Help Land and Tree Service again. Both Monica, who I dealt with through emails and the tree man were really professional and friendly.

AWESOME!! Marcus and Monica are a terrific team to work with. They communicated well with me when scheduling and Marcus arrived promptly the day of service. Marcus and Mike worked their tails off and the results were terrific. I felt like they really worked with me and their pricing was competitive. They are also soooooo super polite! I'm definitely hiring them in the future :)

Job went well  but I wish that Marcus would have cut out more of the dead branches on the oak tree. Other than that everything went fine and I will use their service again.

My name is MJ and I live in Vero Beach. We have a fairly large piece of property and many trees, several that were dead. I found Lions Help via Craigslist and pleased that they were also part of Angie?s list. I called Marcus and he came out the same day for an estimate and the work was completed within the next few days. 7 large trees and stumps removed, and significant trimming of other trees and large bushes. 
The cost for the work was very reasonable and significantly less than services that I used last year, with a better result.
Marcus and his team were efficient and professional and I was very pleased with their work. We will definitely be continuing to use Lions Help. I highly recommend Marcus and his service.

Our large Oak tree was top heavy, with many smaller branches which needed to be removed.  Underneath the tree was a flower bed, small storage building, as well as a paver patio with fire pit.  Nothing was damaged during all the work and the gentlemen cut the limbs so we could final cut everything to size, for burning in the fire pit.  All other debris was cleaned up and hauled off.  Branches, on our two drake elms, which were overhanging the roof of our house, were also removed.  Other trees needed minor trimming, as weil. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend him to our friends.
