Holiday time, pool pump failure, Ken was there to save the day. Came over the next day with a replacement and we were up and operational in no time. Took the time to educated me a little and answer my questions relative to the pump and useful life. Excellent person to do business with.

It was the holidays and short notice. Had the family at the house for the holidays and the pool was too cool to swim in. Ken gave me a price that was $500-600 below another quote I had received. At first he got the flow wrong, mainly I think because of the additional plumbing to the solar panels. He remedied that quickly. He marked all the manual valves with different colored paint to show us the setting to use for SPA and Swim. Got it all working and showed us how to operate it and the manual valves.

He came around the holidays. I was working remotely with him through the person who was taking care of my pool who found him for me. It took him some time and as I recall a few visits to isolate the leak. He had to cut a hole in the deck near the SPA, fix a broken SPA line and then patch the decking.... $900. You have to pay for talent and expertise like Ken has. To me this was well worth it. For over a year prior I had two companies looking for the issue with no results. Ken is excellent, fair, hard working, prompt and polite. Can't ask for any thing more in my book.

I saw Ken's in Angie's List and we also had a neighbor's recommendation. He was very prompt in coming to our home, quickly located the problem areas causing the water loss and had the repairs completely done within two days. I felt he was a bit expensive, but he did a better looking repair job on two "T" since we had one leak fixed about eight years ago that cost $400 the two leak repair (with better looking deck patches) for $1100 was acceptable. Since the repair was done, there hasn't been any water loss other than normal evaporation.

Offered solutions, gave recommendations, obtained replacement generator and power source and installed the next day. Price was very reasonable when compared to research I did online and talking with others. Very happy with Ken's promptness and his work. Ken's was recommended to us by AmeriPool in Vero Beach, FL, where we go for water testing and pool supplies. We trust them and are glad they sent us in Ken's direction.
