He was quick and efficient. He did the job well. He was here when he was supposed to be here. I thought he was really good. Sometimes you have to pay for people who are reliable and good at what they do.

I've used them for 10 or 11 years. He is a young fellow and he comes every other month. I am a people person and I am older. I become a mother to a lot of these people and I listen to their troubles. He is always on time and he is very accommodating. He is very fast and very efficient. He charges a lot more but I get a good price because I don't have a couple of things done. I will continue to use him.
