They installed a new pool cage and initially it looked great. Shortly thereafter, the black coating/metal began peeling and flaking and some of the bolts began rusting. Matt was sent here and he took photographs and said that the metal was defective. We never heard from them again despite attempts.

They did a great job with installing the screens & explained the different kinds of screens to us since we have pets.

The construction was fabulous. The work was impeccable. The scheduling ran a week behind, due to the weather. They really couldn't change that. They came back when we were in town and did a walk-through with us. We only had one issue with a door that didn't closed smoothly; they came out and did the adjustment promptly. We have had guests over; they have all been impressed with the final product.

The work dione was exceptionally timely (the job was essentially done in less time than the other companies quoting said would take just to get the permit), very professionally and to our total satisfaction. The owner of the company, while young, is fully experienced and knowledgeable. He is very enthusiastic and certainly committed to complete customer satisfaction. He meet every commitment he made and we are 100% satisfied with the quality of the mmaterials and the workanship.

1. After contracting with this company, we were required to obtain our own permit as they could not obtain one in the county we live in.
2. They ordered the materials were late in receiving them from their estimate.
3. After having installed several panels, I realized that they were the wrong type of vinyl fence. We had order a narrower space between slats. They initially disputed that, but after seeing the picture of the product concurred.
4. They immediately had problems with their supplier who insisted that they had shipped the right fencing, then finally agreed that it was wrong.
5. The supplier again was to take an additional two weeks to supply the product to the contractor. But the supplier continued to evade the contractor and would not answer phone calls and emails.
6. Many times did I have difficulty getting a phone reply or email reply from the contractor when I tried to find out what was going on.
7. Finally, the contractor simply refused to contact us.

I would never do business with this company again. Their professionalism is non-existent and they refuse to follow-up with their customers by phone or email on a timely basis.
