Excellent. Mr. Baird came out in November of 2018, assessed the situation, made recommendations and provided us a price the next day. We chose one of the options and signed his proposal the next week, and gave a down payment. He came back the day before left for Ohio to complete his measurements so he could get all the materials ready for installation when we returned in January. We were delayed getting back and they installed everything before we returned except the handles as we had not purchased them yet. We purchased handles after we got to our home and they came out within a few days and installed them for us. Everything was handled very professionally, the cabinet doors and new cabinets are beautiful and just what we wanted. Mr. Baird was very friendly, courteous, and personable, as was all of his staff. Everything was left neat and clean and they even replaced several of the drawer glides which were broken. We would highly recommended Mr. Baird and his company for cabinets. They did a wonderful job and we are very happy with the results.
