Jeff "repaired" a leak in our roof 2 years ago. It started leaking in that same spot recently so we reached out to Jeff. After multiple calls & messages left, he never returned the calls. The courtesy of a reply to a customer goes a long way. I would definitely not recommend him considering our repair job was not done properly & he never called us back to discuss the situation.

It was excellent. I checked after the first big rain storm and there wasn't a drop. They had a couple of follow up items that wasn't their fault. Where the screen enclosure met they had to come back and put in a couple of diverters in. It has a one year warranty, so far we've paid nothing for the call backs. Everything's great with them, they stand by their work.
