We embarked on a project to incrementally replace builder-provided windows and patio doors with modern hurricane-resistant items. The second increment showed up our ignorance of installation methods and got the better of us.  A small local outfit provided the top-rated windows and doors we wanted but did a poor job of installing them. Pursuing that small outfit resulted in no satisfaction at all.  However, my insurance company recommended Jarvis Emergency Services, Inc., who responded quickly, and, in short order, removed two large sliding patio doors and a kitchen pass-through window to start anew with proper installation techniques and materials. Their crew were professional and courteous. We received the installation originally needed and are happy with the appearance and functionality restored by Jarvis.
