Home Building
James Flowers Construction didn't complete the work. He was paid, by my mistake, in advance for work that he was to complete which he failed to do. The value of the incomplete work was about $10,000, so I was just gypped out of my money. Later I had found out that he didn't pay a company to the value of about $10,000 and he also didn't pay the alarm company for installation. I would tell anybody who asks never to touch this guy.
