I could not be happier as Greg provided me with the proper paperwork that I submitted to my insurance company. I received confirmation from my insurance company and a few weeks later I received a refund check for over $1200 from the insurance company. I only wish I had hired Greg and ISLE Management Corporation sooner.

Initial contact was via email with questions about the surveys. Greg responded promptly and completely answered our questions. We hired him and scheduled the inspections via email. Greg arrived promptly as scheduled, reviewed the process he would follow, reviewed his credentials and answered any questions. The surveys took approximately 4 hours and I was updated each step of the way with his findings. Before he left I had the Windstorm and four point inspection results in hand, The comprehensive inspections is to be emailed within a day - it documents what he told me verbally during the inspection. Greg is professional, extremely knowledgeable and gladly answers all questions.

After going through my own home's inspection from the seller's end, and getting a roofer just show up to try and sell us a new roof, I was a bit apprehensive about the home inspection process. The buyer of our existing 38 year old house got a 12 page home inspection report from a person who wanted to sell roofing and termite services. My husband and I received a professional detailed report with pictures with over 49 pages of information about 25 year old house. Why skimp a few $$ on such a big investment in these current market conditions. Mr. Bertaux did not trying to "sell" us anything. He honestly evaluated the property in a timely fashion and gave us great feedback. His inspection reports are very thorough and detailed. I appreciate the pictures of the behind the scenes places- like the roof and attic space; the inspection report is a photo journal that will help us in doing future renovations. It was a pleasure meeting and working with him. We felt confident in becoming homeowners after reading his report. I highly recommend his services to other home buyers.

Greg Bertaux was the best. He scheduled the inspection promptly, arrived right on time, and allowed my husband to accompany him on his evaluation where my husband learned a lot about the property. Greg put in a very full day, inspecting all aspects of the home. He even put on a diving suit to inspect the pool, sea wall and dock. His written report was available on line within two business days, and it was very thorough. Issues of concern were explained in detail and photos provided. Greg made himself available on the phone to further discuss specific points. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I made an appointment with Gary, about 5 days prior to my final inspection and he returned my call on the weekend. He arrived about 15 minutes early and we signed a contract and reviewed his scope of services. We had discussed this on the telephone. He outlined how the information and findings were to be communicated to me by email and he fed ex'd the total report, within 5 days. He conducted the inspection independently and pointed out several significant findings, prior to my leaving the home. Very thorough. He checked things, I would of never considered. I received his email within a few hours and the final report in blue loose leaf notebook, several days later. He was my eyes and ears and found issues like the proper water pressure on outside sprinklers etc. I felt that the home inspection was an excellent resource for me, prior to my settlement.
