It went great! Steve had guys crawling all over the house... There were some coordination challenges between the tile contractor and Steve's guys but those got worked out. We got a few surprises with existing kitchen cabinets (dishwasher opening just a touch too small and the cabinet over the stove too low) Peter and Marcos fixed the cabinets and we were back on track. Ultimately, we moved in on time and are loving the house. I added some last minute items to the scope which were also handled within reasonable times. A 'shout out' to Rafael (fantastic painter) and Jesse (does it all). Steve also has a great set of subcontractors (Electrician, Plumber etc). Everyone he had working on the job did great work and were a pleasure to deal with. Steve and his team get A+ marks from us.

Indian River Project Management was hired to completely rehabilitate a 35 year old residence we purchased last year. We chose IRPM over four other local contractors after meeting with Steve Kovaleski and viewing some of his construction sites. Steve has a very professional demeanor, is organized and usually responds to a voice mail query in a timely manner. He is obviously proud of his work, as are his carpenters, painters and other workers. Once the scope of work was outlined and demolition had begun, we had to race to keep ahead of them, deciding a myriad of details on cabinetry, trim, appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, built-ins, flooring and paint colors. Marcos and Peter are a great team and their carpentry and finish work is beautiful. Steve responded quickly when we put pressure on him to get the house to a move-in condition by Christmas. There were workers everywhere! All of the crew kept the site neat and clean, so the neighbors were also pleased with them. The finished product is just what we envisioned.
Steve's invoices were documented with copies of all bills from the subcontractors and stores where supplies were purchased. Of course we would have liked to pay less, but we wanted the job done properly and IRPM did just that.
I would definitely hire them again.
