The quote process went ok. Estimator showed on time (took a week) and a quote was delivered within the time stated (another week). Implementation was an issue and has never been installed.
Steve's team did not show up, as agreed to, for phase one of the project (fence removal). Only after we called to inquire - forgetting it was agreed for a certain date to do the fence removal so that other professionals could do their work - did Steve send out a person to remove the fence. In addition, the new install was to take place four days later but Steve's office had never ordered the fence (4 weeks prior) so we were told we'd have to wait another two weeks for the product to come in. After waiting an additional 4 weeks for the fence to come in (after being told it would be 2 weeks) I called to inquiry. The office assistant called back to indicate there were issues with their supplier and it would be longer. After another two weeks we called again, spoke to the same office assistant, and was advised there was still no fencing. We asked that Steve give us a call so that we could find a solution using either a different fence or supplier. Sadly, Steve the owner, never returned our calls. After a three month process and no fence we have had to restart the bid process over again.

968We are thrilled with the professionalism and service, as well as the finished product. The owner of the company personally came, measured and gave our quote, as well as made a few suggestions as to how to improve the project. The job was exactly on budget, installation was fast and extremely neat (no mess!!!) and the quality of the pool fencing is A+. This company does not ask for a material deposit either, which is unusual. I've worked in the construction industry in accounting and finance for many years, and it is rare to find a company that doesn't require an upfront deposit. I even mentioned that I would not have a problem paying one, but one was not needed.
