Our new shower grab bar was installed within minutes, and our screen door closure problem was resolved quickly. We hired him to install a new front door in our home. He assured us when he ordered the door that we picked out that it would come painted so after I paid for it and it was delivered we found it was not painted like he assured us it would be. Then he charged us $250 to paint it Even though he assured us it would come painted. When I took the matter up with him regarding the paint and the shutters tract that he took down he told me I was dwelling and complaining about a few bucks and that I should not complain while I am having a pool installed that cost a lot of money. The money I spend on the rest of my house is none of his business and should have nothing to do with what he charges me. He even through a couple hundred bucks in my bill and when I questioned him about it he said it was for him running back-and-forth. I should have been told about this extra couple hundred bucks before he put it on my bill. Needless to say we will not be using him again. You never know what you are going to get from him. I wish I can put pictures up

Gerard was a congenial professional who applied high quality craftsmanship in his approach to repairing/replacing and finishing (painting/caulking) some 40' of custom sill that was moisture damaged (dry rot). The finished sill is an ideal replacement and blends in perfectly with the current multi-window border enclosing our lanai. We're delighted with the results and would recommend GFM Handyman Services without reservation. Gerard did exactly what he said he would do in a timely and efficient manner and was a pleasure to work with.
