he was very perfect with the installation and it is going just great.
everything peter does he does well but not only that he also seams to
know exactly where the problem is when he sees the engine. very
rarely does he take a lot of time searching for the problem.

Boats
Made appointment with them and took our boat in with the complaint of leaking fuel.
Repairs made and the boat was taken out to the river and tested.
Additional carburetor work needed and completed.
Will use again.
Knowledgeable staff, very pleasant and walked us through the process

I TOLD YOU THE STORY THERE IS NOTHING MORE TO TELL EXCEPT A YEAR BEFORE A BOUGHT
A PONTOON BOAT AND IT HAD A 60 YAMAHA HIGH THRUST ENGINE SPECIAL PRODUCTION
AND I BOUGHT IT NEW BUT I DID NOT LIKE IT AFTER A WHILE IT DIDNT HAVE THE QUBIC INCH
TO GO WITH THE HP OF A 60 AND I ASKED PETER WHAT HE COULD DO TO HELP ME OUT.AT THAT TIME HE WAS RENTING PONTOON BOATS ON THE WATERWAYS ON WEEK ENDS AND HE SAID I HAVE A NICE 90 4 STROKE YAMAHA AND
THE GUY BLEW A PISTON SO THE ENGINE IS NOT GOOD I CAN SEND IT BACK TO YAMAHA AND THEY WILL PUT IN A NEW BLOCK AND IT WLL BE AS GOOD AS EVER. I SAID WHAT WILL THAT COST ME BECAUSE THIS 90 WAS A FOUR STROKE WHICH IS MORE MONEY. PETER SAID TO ME YOUR MOTOR IS NEW AND THE 90 IS 3 YEARS OLD I WILL TRADE YOU EVEN I COULD NEVER HAVCE GOT A DEAL ANYWHERE THAT REASONABLE.HE INSTALLED THE MOTOR AND MADE SURE EVERY
THING WAS PERFECT AND IT WAS . I LIVED IN A GATED COMMUNITY OF ABOUT 300 PEOPLE AND WE HAD TWENTY BOAT DOCKS AND HE GOT SOME NICE BUSNESS BOTH IN RENTALS AND REPAIRS AND ALL MY FRIENDS LIKED HIS SERVICE.

The work they performed was either not done at all, or not done properly. On only the second time the boat was used it completely died on the water. I contacted Fox Marine and told them of the problem and that I wanted to bring the boat back in. They put me off bringing the boat back in until December 28, 2011.
When they examined the boat again, they said the fuel system was full of water again. I asked how this was possible considering they had just fixed this problem.
They proceeded to blame everyone else including getting bad gas from a gas station for the problem and me personally. They flat out refused to stand behind their work in anyway shape or form and told me the only way they would do the work was for me to have to pay another $542.54 to fix the boat.
They did not even offer to do the work again at a discount. When I went to pick my boat up, on January 3, 2012 because I refused to pay for work I had already paid for. They became combative, rude and very vulgar. I informed them that I would have to take them to court and reverse the charges on my credit card. That just escalated the vulgarities, and they would'nt even move a fence door so that I could get my boat out from where they had parked it. Which was wedged between a fence and another boat. They even left a plastic container with a mixture of gas, oil and water on the side of my boat. When I finally was able to get my boat out from where they had parked it, which required going over two curbs, and almost blocking U.S. 1 completely, the container fell off my boat and proceeded to spill fuel not only on my boat, but it also got on the boat parked next to mine. They proceeded to blame me for the spill, and stated that I did this on purpose. This so far from the truth it's almost laughable.
I would avoid doing any business with this company at all costs.

"In October 2011, a friend of member’s brought the boat in to Fox Marine complaining of running issues. Upon inspection it was determined that the fuel was contaminated with water and the necessary repairs were performed. The boat was collected by member's friend and we did not hear from him again until member contacted us in December 2011. Member was complaining of running problems similar to the issues he had experienced in October 2011. He was given an appointment the week after he called but showed up a day late - we still fitted him in despite the missed appointment. Member told Fox Marine the boat had been used "nearly every weekend" by his friend since it was last with Fox Marine, and ran fine. We found water in his fuel once again (same issue he had in October). He was asked where he was getting his fuel as the fuel he was buying could possibly have water in it. Fox Marine also suggested he may be getting water in the fuel tank through the gas cap.Member was given a quote for the repairs but decided not to go ahead with the work. During the collection of his boat, member threw the “sample” container of fuel (which the mechanic had taken from his fuel tank to show him the water in the fuel) onto another customers’ boat and drove off. There was no blocking of the gate or his boat, it was ready and waiting for him to pick it up. The police were called and member was arrested at his house shortly after the incident. All work charged to member was performed as stated and the boat ran perfectly for 3 months according to member himself (when he called to make the second appointment) and by member's friend who was using the boat. Member never called during those 3 months to complain that the boat was not running correctly. In fact, when he called to set up the appointment in December, he seemed really surprised that the boat was giving trouble again as it had run so well after getting it back from Fox Marine in October. Fox Marine treats all its customers fairly and only charges for worked performed and parts supplied. Member is lying about the service he received - he was treated with honesty and respect by everyone at Fox Marine. This issue was also investigated by the BBB of Southeast Florida and the Caribbean and the case was closed without further action."
