Terrible company! I paid them $92 to repair one sprinkler. (Took 5- minutes) A month later it broke. They told me they would come back on a particular day and time. They never showed up and did not call. Since then they screen my calls and do not return messages. There is dozens of sprinkler companies to use instead of these unprofessional scammers.

I highly recommend Flood Irrigation for your sprinkler needs. Stephen was very professional and a very likable guy, and he is also a local fireman. Thanks for your service Stephen! He showed up when he said he would and finished the job in a timely manner. He did a reroute of some of our sprinkler heads and made adjustments where needed on our other sprinkler heads. After my problem was described to them they came right out and completed the work that day. Their quick response allowed me to keep my other project on schedule. My experience with Stephen at Flood Irrigation was great. He was prompt, knowledgeable, honest, professional and courteous. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. Outstanding service!

This is a family run company and they truly take pride in their work and honor their word to the customer. Out of four companies, one did extremely poor work and didn't even attempt to do the work agreed on without getting paid more. One showed up and gave a verbal estimate but never sent a scope of work and written estimate. Also pushed to make me do more work than I wanted. Another never even showed. Stephen was prompt in his response, showed at designated time, submitted a written scope of work and estimate within a day. The work was done exactly as I wanted, in addition to offering opinions on how to do a better job while still working within the scope. I absolutely cannot say how happy I am that I chose Flood Irrigation. You will feel the same.

Very affordable and efficient

I hired Steve Flood to fix my ancient sprinkler system. He was polite and we worked through our busy morning to figure a time that he could come ASAP. He diagnosed the problem and went and got the part, came back and fixed my sprinkler system. I appreciate his promptness and honest business ( many times service people charge lots more to work on the island and Steve did not do that). Thanks, Steve. I'll call on you again. In the future I would not hesitate to contact this service provider. He was prompt, exceedingly courteous, price was far, he was professional & solved my problem immediately. My only regret is that I did not know about this company when I had my irrigation service installed because I feel like he would have been much better than the service I had do the installation & then disappeared into the wide blue yonder. It will be my privilege to recommend Stephen to anyone desiring an irrigation system or repair an existing one. I would easily give him more stars were it possible.

Flood did a far better job than our last vendor. We didn't realize how much our previous vendor wasn't doing until we hired Flood. For example, they cleaned out a drip line we had and now the plants in that area are flourishing.
