I was sick about this because this is a 7 ft battery buy 4 ft across. this battery has
288 plates to power this car and cost in the thousands. but they made me feel
better when the service manger and the owner gaurenteed me this would
be tahen care of by the volt people.they called the volt plant anda gm volt
technition service rep came out and ordered the new battery and their volt
team came out when the battery arrived and two weeks later I was on my way.
it took two weeks because we had towait for the battery and the volt team
took their time because they wanted the mecianics at dyer to watch and take
notes on the installation the battery.they checked out all the wireing and electrical
lines etc etc. it runs great and I got a new warrentee.gm was great.

The problems I was having with my brakes were resolved. Steering issues were resolved. Comfortable waiting room. Coffee provided. They did the work while I waited and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. Happy with the service.

Brought vehicle for oil and oil filter change. The service would not take long so I waited for the work to be done. I supply my own oil as I use full synthetic. The service said they would use my oil and sell me a filter. I agreed on the price. I signed the work order and they took my car. After some time had passed they said that they completed the oil change but forgot to use my oil so I waited another half hour for them to take the wrong oil out and put mine in. They waived the service charge because of the mistake. It is clear that the service tech did not read the work order and may have damaged my car if the mistake had not been corrected.

However, this is the exception and not the rule. Let me reassure you that in this particular case the individual responsible has been counseled, and that changing the oil type from synthetic to regular in this vehicle even for an extended period would have caused no internal lasting damage to the engine.
