We had a great experience with Discount Carpet and Tile. Tanya was very patient helping us. We were watching our budget very closely, and they helped us find the perfect solution. Although they were not the absolute lowest quote we got, when labor was added in, they were very competitive on the tile pricing overall. The tile arrived when they said it would, and their installer, Larry Hanch finished right on time. He estimated perfectly, so we did not waste much in terms of time or materials.
They started out with a small bathroom, and did a beautiful job on it (everybody in the house remarks about how nice it looks and what a good tile job it was). Then they did the main part of the house. Finally, we had the other bath done. All of these
projects turned out great.
We also had carpet installed in two of the bedrooms. They helped us pick pieces that suited both our budgets and taste. Again, they arrived when scheduled and were installed professionally.
The other aspects of our renovation have not gone as smoothly and we had to rearrange the install schedule on at least two parts of our project. Discount was very accommodating in this regard. They rescheduled tile work and held carpet until other parts of the project were finished. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again!
