We benefited greatly from her area knowledge, suggestions, and resources from the time we first spoke until months after we closed on the house. We worked both remotely with Facetime showings, and in Vero where she drove us to tour numerous houses schooling us on construction, neighborhoods, amenities.  She wasn't the slightest bit pushy, yet steered us away from trouble.  
Once we found the right house she masterfully scripted our case with estate sale sellers who were unfamiliar with issues regarding the property to further reduce the price.
