 + 0 moreThis is the second time I've had to go to this location and it is nothing less than a 30 minute wait. I do have to give the employees credit for being friendly although it seemed there are a lot of angry customers coming to that location.
Description of Work: I upgraded my service to the Xfinity 1 and had nothing but problems. I was sent two DVR devices but only requested one. When I contacted support they told me I had to take the unwanted DVR to a Comcast service center or I would be charged for the time I had the device. If it was mailed, even though it was unopened I would be charged.

 + -1 moreWe had several Comcast installers out to the new house to connect our cable and internet and new security hardware. The installers were friendly, professional and helpful. Remote support after the installation was not as helpful or technically competent but they were much better than similar support we received in our previous home. I'm not sure why Comcast remote support is different here in Vero Beach from what it was like in Pembroke Pines but we definitely noticed a positive difference in the professionalism and competence of support here on the Treasure Coast from what we experienced in South Florida.
Description of Work: Connected our new home to cable TV, Internet and also installed home security.
