Carpet & Tile Warehouse

Buying the tile went very well, got good help choosing the both tiles and color.  Got help picking the color of grout.  
My condo is on the 4th floor with a concrete slab floor.  The floor was not level, and it required the tile installers to level the floor which took extra material time for which I was given an estimate.  the installers did a good as job as possible and worked hard doing that and leveling the floor.  
Quality
The type of one transition to the kitchen was not installed properly.  It took 3 tries to do, 2 using a plastic strip that the installer did not use the proper adhesive, and 1 using grout at my suggestion.  
Responsiveness:
The tile installers did not arrive until 9 am which I thought was a little on the late side, and the installer that came to fix the transition into kitchen missed the first appointment due to flooding and I was not notified until later in the morning he could not get to work.
Professionalism:
Very good.  Sales and office staff  were very professional and helpful in my dealings with them.
Installers were friendly and hard working and overall did a good job

.So.Bathrooms went very well. As for the remainder of the job,not so much. Owner came to measure and make arrangements. He gave me a date in November and when I said that was unacceptable as I had company coming and would have to wait until after the Holidays,miraculously a date of 10/29/13 was available. I was happy with that.-----until the tile was on backorder but would be in on 11/2. Okay ,but then there was a bug in the crate and had to be held. Then the installer that was supposed to do the job was unavailable until Dec 16. I had to have someone else, who had done a good job on the bathrooms,except the two old toilets were left in my side yard and my husband and son-in-law took them to the dump. Installer was never on time after being asked repeatedly to come early,also very sloppy and did not clean up very well daily. adding to this we had issues with the grout color.Shockingly, although being in business for 25 years, NO ONE SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT TO DO!!! The owner never once came by to check on the work or outcome. I am now waiting for grout coloring to come and my husband and I will try and fix the mess. I worked for month's to get the money for the beautiful floor I was looking forward to. It will get done,but what a disappointment. By the way, the contract was signed 10/11/13! It is now 1/11/14! Still sleeping in the guestroom!

carpet was made in usa ! All employees were very knowledgeable and helpful . Was treated very courteously and with great care to get the job done timely, and with the best end result !
