"I am sorry the member feels that he received poor service from our company 9 years ago. During the time the member is referencing was when we had back to back hurricanes within three weeks of one another. We were doing our best to service all of our customers. At that time we had over 100 customers and all of them were very important to us. We went around and accessed all of our properties, and the damages, and were trying to service them in order. Some of our properties were severely damaged and we were servicing those homes first. All of the properties were taking us much longer than usual due to the hurricanes and we were just doing our best. After reviewing our records from 2004, I found that we actually credited the member back all of the weeks of missed service. The member never paid us for the hurricane clean up work or for the week of service he did receive. The member was never charged $7,200.00 as indicated on his review. The hurricane clean up charge was only $250.00 and that was for additional labor of 3 men, 2.50 hours, for cleaning up the damages caused by the hurricanes. In addition to the hurricane clean up charge, the member was charged $75.00 for one week of service and not the entire month. The member never paid us for either charge. We finally wrote those charges off as a loss in May 2005. I think the member needs to go back and check his records. I have copies of mine. We pride ourselves on our customer service and try and offer the best service we possibly can. During that time was extremely difficult and we did our best.
