CABINETREE COLLECTION

Not knowing about the quality of the drawer slides, I order a sample order to try out. The intentions were to have them installed in a cabinet before Thanksgiving. I ordered them on the Friday before and selected an expediting shipping option. I watched the website and after five days of the status "Processing", I realized that the hardware wasn't coming before Thanksgiving. I sent an email simply asking them to change to a less expensive shipping plan. Not a big deal, I thought since the website said it was still be processed. I got an email back stating that my order had been cancelled and the products were being returned to the store. No hard feelings. I then decided to place the order for the entire kitchen. I emailed The Cabinetree Collection again with some technical questions. I received no response. I gave them almost 2 weeks to respond thinking there were busy. Today, I called them. I told them who I was and the response was, "your the guy who didn't your stuff fast enough". I proceeded to tell my side of the story, but his mind was made up. He told me that he didn't want my business. I gave him a second chance after I told him that I am ready to place a $1000 order. He refused. He must have been upset that I wanted to change the shipping method. This is text book of how not to treat customers. I am writing this review to prevent others from having the same bad experience that I did.
