The job was very poor. It’s been slightly over a year of the Flooring is ripping out and I cannot contact them.

Absolute nightmare. Original installer never leveled the sub flooring. The second installer leveled half of the area and multiple multiple loose planks, off color glued stairs, door entry ways pop when walking on them. They do not return calls.

Lousy Contractor never finished the job. Promises made never kept. No follow up on calls, nor show any kind of responsiblelity for the work this is not the company to want to hire..

Services was done on Oct. 20,2020 I am now left with a partially torn out floor and no timeline as to when this will be fixed. I am requesting an immediate refund. We are seeking alternative installers that will now have to remove and replace the entire flooring due to installation issues and a back order of flooring caused by your company. I will file an official legal complaint against Buyrite flooring if I have not received a full refund.. As stated for the reasons I request a refund: 1) To reinstall the kitchen / dining and bathroom flooring Knives Scratches. 2) Replace the wall molding in both bathroom which was removed by installers 3) Fix the entrance door thresholds and seams 4) Now reinstall the torn-out areas of flooring your team has left 5) Reinstall the toilet your team has removed and not replaced

The initial sales and installation process went very well. We were very satisfied with the process and service. Unfortunately, when we requested they come back to clean the floors and make small repairs (the one year install warranty was a reason we hired them), we got the runaround and have continued to receive the runaround ever since. It has been 8 months and counting. We are done trying to get this company to honor their commitments, however we don't want others to make the same mistake. I suspect that the installer is the source of the miscommunication and difficulty. The owner seems very nice, but truly unaware of what homeowners are told and led to believe. The installer has lied to me multiple times. For months I have had little green pieces of tape on my floor where THEIR installer marked needs for repair. The installer also pointed out areas we had not noticed needed repair. He also indicated that the entire floor needed cleaning as dried adhesive is throughout the home. When I changed my positive reviews on their Facebook page to a review of concern, he texted me directly and in a very rude manner changed his story. It made me so uncomfortable that I asked him not to reach out to me again until he was ready to schedule a time to come and complete the work that he promised he would. I have written documentation of all conversations. The last I heard from the owner was that they'd resolve my issues within two weeks. It's been two months. I've given up.

Everything was great. the service was great and the pricing was great.

It went well, the work was done fast and affordable.

What a wonderful experience, my wife and I could not be happier with our Luxury Vinyl floors and new baseboards. John was a pleasure to work with not only did he beat all other prices but the installation was flawless. The work was started and completed as promised, his workmen were excellent and the job was totally cleaned up as they left. My wife is maybe the pickiest person anyone has ever met and she loves her new floors. Thank you so much John you are very lucky to have such an excellent crew working for you. Ed and Becky

From the get go, this team was the best. Prompt, professional and price very fair. I highly recommend and my "contractor" Carol does too! Thank you so much! Will be contacting them again to do the pergo in my bedroom as well!

It was perfect. They did a really great job. I was happy with the price, with the quality. They were on time. They were here and do the work the whole day. The gentleman who owns the company came at the house the whole time.
