Cooktop is a year and a half old. Went out Thanksgiving day. With an extended warranty Brandt’s was scheduled. Took one week to get appointment. Was told a certain part needed ordered which was no surprise. 13 days later after not hearing anything, I called and was told that I would get a call to schedule repair between December 28 to Jan 4. Seriously the part is sitting there and I can’t get a call to schedule for a minimum of 11 additional days. Now I’m looking at not having a cooktop through Christmas and New Years. 6 weeks? Something is wrong here.

They do NOT stand by their work. They came to my house to repair two separate issues with the two ice makers in my Samsung refrigerator. One issue was repaired successfully and we were very pleased with the result. The other issue, however, was NOT repaired properly. They apparently did a 'temporary fix' that conveniently crapped out again just in time to push us outside of our Samsung/Lowe's warranty and outside of our warranty with Brandts Appliance. The specific repair that I'm referring to did not include any new parts or additional parts. The service provider said that there was an issue in the back of the ice maker from when it was originally installed and that it was a quick and easy repair. He made said 'repair' and the LABOR that he provided was NOT successful. Brandts Appliance warranties their labor for only 30 days. That can be understandable. What is not understandable nor acceptable, however, is that they actually do NOT expect their labor to hold successfully for more than 30 days. After only 3 months the issue that they "repaired" had completely returned. I spoke with Beth Fleming, one of the manager at Brandts, and she simply apologized and said that 3 months has been too long and we shouldn't have expected their work to last that long. I do not think it's unreasonable to expect labor (not parts) to be successful for 3 months. Otherwise we would all be needing our appliances repaired every few months, which is absurd. Beth told me that I should have called sooner. Well, the holidays have just past and we were also dealing with some family matters so, unfortunately, I had some personal priorities to take care of first. I called in to report this issue as soon as our personal affairs were in order and the holidays were behind us. Considering Brandts Appliance boasts "priding themselves in quality customer service", this was a very disappointing experience. I will NOT be utilizing their services again, I will be alerting Lowe's to the lack of satisfactory service provided (since Lowe's referred me to Brandts Appliance), and I will extend my LACK of recommendation for using this company. I wish I had read other reviews around the internet before going with Brandts Appliance since many other customers have had similar experiences. Very disappointing for a local family owned and operated business. Unfortunately, it's companies like these that encourage people to support the 'big name' companies that will ultimately put these little guys out of business.

When we called the office, they said they would schedule the repair for the same day since we had a refrigeration problem. Jay came out that day and quickly diagnosed that a part had failed. He had a replacement part in his truck and installed it. He explained what he was doing and was very knowledgeable and professional. We mentioned that we also needed repairs to our dishwasher and he called to the office to order the required parts to be installed after they arrive. We are happy to have found a great appliance repair service in the Vero Beach / Sebastian area!

Pricing structure is such that you don't have much of an option once they come out and assess.

Melissa had a pre-analysis performed, based on my description of the problem, and ordered any part(s) that may be needed to prevent many trips and a long wait. There would be no charge if the parts were not used.

Anthony came at the appointed time and was prompt, quick, and extremely professional in his analysis of the problem with our washer.

He was very helpful to my & my husband as to what our options were. He provided us with the necessary information, allowing us to make an informed decision.He also explained some of the new features, issues, and governmental regulations associated the newer washers that didn't apply to our defective one. He answered any & every question we had, showing us that he was willing to take as much time as we needed to be confident in our decision.

Because the office staff  (Melissa & Susan) and Anthony were so efficient, polite, helpful and kind, we will be calling Brandt every time we need a repair on any of our appliances.

It should be stated that Brandt does not sell appliance and therefore would only benefit if they actually did the repair work.  In this case, repairs were too costly and Anthony stated that. This is a Class-A company with nothing but positive results!

After Brandts technician arrived he tested several components of the washer to determine why it would not complete the wash cycle. He gave us a price and a time for ordering and installing the necessary parts. He also discussed the idea of buying a new machine since the repair costs were about $300 and the washer was about six or seven years old. (Brandts does not sell appliances, but they were also recommended by the manufacturer). We decided to buy a new washer.

Showed up on time. Thoroughly checked out the machine. Found nothing wrong but asked if I had been washing heavy loads. When I said yes, my king bedspread, he explained why that made the washer overflow.

After looking online for the parts we thought we needed to repair our GE dryer, we decided to try a local supplier out of curiosity. Thank goodness we went to Brandt's! The guys at Brandt's knew what we needed and saved us about $125.00 for the identical parts we would've ordered online...AND gave us advice on installing them! Great business. Super trustworthy.

Their price is very reasonable. They are very good and always on time.

They were amazing. There were two young boys who came out and they did an amazing job. It was a fairly reasonable price.

I was very happy with the service. He was efficient. He told me what he could do to fix the problem and he said that he could add another little thing so it would never happen again. The price was very reasonable. He was very punctual.

They answered my call when I called and I was able to understand what they were saying. She took down my information and was very professional. She said that someone would call me and let me know what time the repair person would come in the next day. The job went fast when they got here. It was very clean, neat and professional.
