Always on time , shows every week rain or shine . Our pool is always sparkling clean and never an issue. When you work all week it is nice to know we can truly enjoy our pool on our days and evenings off. Thank you Blue Dolphin highly recommend this company for pool maintenance and repairs !

poorly so far. One occasion had chlorine very high and Ph very low. Burn my eyes for an evening. I called, complained and they came out the next day to remody the Ph. Chlorine just takes time to resolve. Next week, I notice no water circulating: That means clogged filter: I checked and the gage was pegged and filter 100% clogged. Called, complained and they came out again to service. I will cancel this service if one more problem anytime soon.

We had nothing but trouble with the pool while they were servicing it. It now works fine. We have no complaints about the brand Pool Pilot other than perhaps they should monitor their distributors more carefully. Pool Pilot has been courteous and promptly answered all questions.
